When parents share physical custody of children, the parent who they are with is usually the one who makes certain decisions about their well-being. Florida estranged couples might have a hard time if there is inconsistency between what one parent allows and the other does not. Even though they are divorced, they typically must still interact and work together for their kids.

Some Florida parents have children who have aspirations of going to the Olympics. Whether they are gymnasts, runners, swimmers or participate in another sport, training with the goal of eventually being able to compete at such a high level is very expensive. When a child has parents who are divorced, determining which parent will pay may also become an issue.

Grandparents and visitation rights in Florida

In the state of Florida, a grandparent may be able to petition for visitation with a minor grandchild. This is true if both of the child's parents are missing, in a vegetative state or are deceased. It may also be possible for a grandparent to make a petition if one parent fits any of those criteria and the other has been convicted of a felony or a violent offense.

Sonni Pacheco sues Jeremy Renner over back child support

Florida fans of Jeremy Renner might be interested in learning that his ex-wife, Sonni Pacheco, is seeking back support of more than $48,000 she claims that the star owes to her for their 3-year-old daughter. Renner has denied Pacheco's allegations, flatly stating that they are completely erroneous.
